This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I got a full set and by the end of the week, I had only one nail left. Total waste of money. I also got my eyebrows done and they were so rough it made me bleed ,it looked so bad I didn’t even want to take a photo, let alone show anyone.

When I came back to fix it, I asked for the owner to redo my eyebrows, and instead the same woman who messed them up tried to do them again. I politely explained what I wanted, and they gave me attitude and started talking about me in another language. So unprofessional and uncomfortable.

It took a while for me to find a good tech and settle. Young lady Nu does a great job she takes her time and great with designs as well. Oh and can’t forget the lashes her technique is amazing.

Talking about customers in their language, and they all start looking at you, very DISRESPECTFUL!! Did a bad job on my lashes looking like Mr snuffleupagus from sesame Street and have the nerve to ask me what is wrong with my lashes. They act like they're doing you a favor and you're paying them. They really don't care about customer satisfaction it's all about them getting their money and I'm all set with them I'll spend my money elsewhere.
