“Great salon and never sitting there all day. The pricing depends on what service you're getting done so my hair can go a little over $100 if I'm adding treatments but nothing outrageous. I should also note I have 4b and a few spots 4c type hair in case anyone is curious. I've been going here since 2019 and never had any issues regarding my type hair with anyone who has done it. It's always been healthy and coils reverted when I washed it 2 weeks later.“

“This is my second time getting my hair braided with Patricia. She’s quick and very sweet. Patricia doesn’t pull my edges tightly and I let her pick the style for me. The braids lasted one month and probably could have kept them in longer, but I don’t like it when the edges get too messy. She also has an Assistant that braids the ends which allows her to finish more quickly. Patricia does like to talk but she is extremely friendly and professional.“

“Have been going to The Dread Guru owner since the beginning of my loc journey (about 2yrs). She initially fixed my previous set of starter locs another stylist did that were not great. Throughout the time I’ve been going to her she has fixed bulging, upkept my locs, given me good advice about how to care for them and still takes my opinions into consideration. Booked services come with a wash. She has been doing this for a long time and it shows when she speaks about locs/ in her techniques/ and the time she spends. Her salon is well kept and clean.
