I know I need one part replaced. A simple easy fix. The tech came to my house and after three minutes told me I need a whole new unit. I told him that I don’t need a unit. After questioning him he changed his story. Then he said I just need a part and he can order it. I told him don’t bother I don’t want to do business with him. Dishonest and will try to get you to spend unnecessary money
