From the prompt, courteous, and professional first call, to the follow up call, and then through to the end of the completed service, we were impressed! Jim was awesome! He did a great job installing our thermostat, and he took his time explaining how everything worked. As a newer home owner, I really appreciated that Jim went out of his way to explain how everything worked with our HVAC system, and gave us recommendations for how to maintain and improve the systems. I look forward to working with him again and would recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service
