Had my sewerage ejection pump fail this am letting 50 plus gallons of raw sewage leaking from the holding tank. This pump was for my tenants apartment so I needed it back up in running like asap. Called Bridgewater Pump, was told a tech would call me right back! How often we hear those words ! 5 minutes later tech named Jimmy called and said he could be here in 20 Minutes ! Other companies said 48- 72 Hours. 20 Minutes later Jimmy and Brian Arrived within 90 Minutes the pump was disassembled The problem with the Pump repairs and they were backing out of Driveway ! Ive often heard of people getting this kind of service but Im always the guy waiting 2-3 days for anyone... read full review

Cannot speak highly enough of the company. Needed an emergency service on a holiday Monday, job was done within 12 hours of the call. Great communication, responsive on a Holiday and work completely as forecasted.

I was referred to Bridgewater Pump through a local septic pump company. My septic pump failed along with the floats and they were here almost immediately. They were super knowledgeable and awesome to work with. I highly recommend using these guys after our experience. Thank you!
