The only reason I gave them one star is because you can't post without it. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. It went from bad to worse. They actually did more damage to my aunt's car than when I brought it in. They should not be in the car repair business. My story is this . . . I heard a noise coming from my aunt's brakes, my regular mechanic was on vacation so I brought the car to this local garage (BAG) as it was close by. They stated there was $800 worth of repairs which included brake pads, brake rotor/disc, brake caliper, axle shaft, brake shoes. I gave them the go ahead to preform repairs. On 10/15/21 I picked car up. As I was driving...read full review

I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy. It went from bad to worse. They actually did more damage to my aunt's car than when I brought it in. They should not be in the car repair business. My story is this . . . I heard a noise coming from my aunt's brakes, my regular mechanic was on vacation so I brought the car to this local garage (Bridgewater Auto Group) in Bridgewater, MA as it was close by. They stated there was $800 worth of repairs which included brake pads, brake rotor/disc, brake caliper, axle shaft, brake shoes. I gave them the go ahead to preform repairs. On 10/15/21 I picked car up. As I was driving I heard a very strange and loud noise coming from the motor or transmission (or so I thought as I'm no mechanic). I called BAG immediately and was advised to bring car back which I did on 10/28. I hadn't heard anything so I called on 11/3 and was advised something was stuck between rotor and brake in front wheel but their lift was not working. On 11/11 I stopped by because I again had not heard anything. This time I was told front left and right wheel bearings are stuck frozen and rusted and they recommended replacing them for $600. I was hesitant but said OK. 11/13 I received a call stating both wheel bearings were replaced but now car needs a right passenger axle. I asked how much this would be and he said parts and labor $450. At this point I had enough so I went and spoke to my regular mechanic who said bring the car to me and I will inspect it. I picked car up 11/24 and brought car to my regular mechanic who found the following issues: Left Side 1. Left steering knuckle bent at top bolt due to presswork. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO STRAIGHTEN. REPLACE. 2. Both tie rod end cotter pins missing (SAFETY ISSUE). 3. Left Caliper bracket grinding on rotor due to bent steering knuckle (top bolt). 4. Lower ball joint cotter pin missing (SAFETY ISSUE) Right Side 1. Inner axle support bearing is what is growling 2. Right CV boot torn and spitting grease. I called BAG and they said bring it back and we will repair everything. I took and provided BAG with pictures of all issues. I gave them the go ahead to repair the right inner axle support bearing too. 12/8 I had the car towed to BAG as I was afraid to drive it. On 12/18 I hadn't heard anything so I called, no answer and no answering machine. 12/20 I called again and was advised car is done. 12/29 I picked car up from BAG and drove to my regular mechanic for another inspection. Upon review I noticed that I was missing a plastic hub cap and another one was cracked!!! 1/6 my regular mechanic advises me that there was no alignment done and the right new hub bearing assembly was defective. I told him I was through with BAG and to please fix the repairs and provide me a bill with diagnosis from 12/2/21, diagnosis from 1/6/22, parts and labor to fix the above. The above came to $667.31. I made a copy of bill and dropped it off to BAG with a note to call me on 1/19/22. On 1/25 I called BAG and spoke to Christian who confirmed he received my note. I told him I'm looking to get reimbursed for the $667.31. He will get back to me. 2/1 I've heard nothing so I called, no answer, no answering machine. 2/2 I went to BAG and Christian advised me the owner said, "Take him to court as I'm not paying you". BAG knows as well as I do that taking them to court will cost me even more money. Then I would be out that money and the monies I've spent on my poor aunt's car. The whole situation is disheartening and I urge you not to bring your vehicle here for any reason at all!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!! 0/5 stars.Bought a car from this place. I’m calling it a place because this is not by any means a business. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They lied about the car being a clean title and I found out after I had bought the car and was registering it at the registry. Car needed $924 in repairs. So I called asking for money because the car was a salvaged title and not a clean one and it needed repairs. Manager I spoke with acted like he was going to handle it, gave me his personal number and communicated with me for the first day saying he was going to talk to his boss and come up with a number and get back to me. I sent multiple texts...read full review
