Peace of Mind....Craig Bodamer is amazing ! I purchased a home in Mashpee for personal use and rental. Since I do live part time on CA , Ineeded someone to oversee all aspects of property security and management. I was fortunate to be referred to Craig through a local realtor. I am using Lighthouse Home Watch to watch my deceased father's house while probate goes on. This service is wonderful. He texts me whenever there is an issue. And he is spot on in recognizing the issue - one was a strange car in the driveway (issue solved as soon as he contacted me), and another was after I went into the house to sort some things for the family, thus rearranging a lot - (issue solved as soon as he contacted me). He started the car every week so I didn't have to remember to do that. Gives me great piece of mind. I highly endorse Craig and his business. Also, I love the idea he can take people to Logan. Someday that will come in handy. Great Job!
Craig is an extremely responsive and reliable security and home watch person. We have been so pleased with the communication, willingness to "go the extra mile" for us when special items came up through the winter season.
