Mark installed the system in the house that we bought so I didn’t know him personally, nor had I even met him. After 3 months in the house we had an issue with the heat in our upstairs zone. I called Zopatti and Mark called me back in 20 minutes and was at my house 30 minutes later (on a Saturday no less). He tried a couple of things that didn’t work, but he kept coming back and after 3 separate visits discovered it was a missing valve due to the manufacturers fault. He fixed it and didn’t charge me a dime. Amazing service. Mark and his team are extremely responsive. They take the time to explain what is needed, and they even tell you when things aren’t needed. I had never used Zopatti before, but we recently bought a house and they been hired buy the builder to install the HVAC system about 8 months ago. We had a big snow storm over night/today and I noticed the upstairs zone wasn't heating past 66 degrees no matter how high I turned up the heat. On a whim, I called Zopatti Heating not expecting a response today if at all. After leaving a voicemail, I got a call back from Mark in 15 minutes and he came over 10 minutes later (mind you in the middle of a 14" snow storm). Turns out the problem may just be a minor one but Mark assured me that if the heat didn't start working correctly tonight that I could call him and he'd come right back. Amazing service!
