Decided to check Zen nails out and so happy I did! My usual place, which will remain unnamed, did a terrible job on builder gel. Went to zen nails to get them fixed and got Amy. She did a beautiful job, such a perfectionist and really took the time to make sure I was happy with the way they looked. She gained a new client for sure. I will be going back to Amy.

This used to be my go to nail salon from 2013 to 2016. I wanted to give them a try again, but was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. The customer service was great and everyone in there is very nice and friendly. However, I had to have them fix my pedicure because they applied oils and lotions to my feet and legs after my regular pedicure, causing the topcoat to bubble and smudge. After leaving and looking at my pedicure outside in the daylight, I found that there were more smudges and I went back inside and had them fix it. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. The staff members were fantastic, especially Lee. He took really good care of me and I felt fully relaxed. I love the music as well. I felt like I was at a family reunion as they play the latest 90 hits and it's so comforting. You must stop in and ask for Lee! He's amazing and a huge asset to the company. Exceptional customer service
