This location is poorly stocked; rarely have what I am looking for. Employees are not helpful to anyone over 30 years of age. If I go into the store alone, I am ignored. If my 17 year old daughter is with me, employees are all over her (even though I am the one who pays).
The store was an absolute mess, I had a gift card I was trying to spend and didn’t bother using it as I couldn’t find anything I was looking for. Products were on the floor, there were completely empty shelves - very disappointing. The staff were apologetic, but it was a bad experience.
THANK YOU ROSE!! she was so helpful.. really took her time to help me find the right brand and shade. honestly, the only time ive ever been offered help by an Ulta employee. Promote her !
