Not the best customer service- 3 young woman were standing around talking at the counter while i was asking to be checked out, they seemed annoyed to be doing their job and when one of the cashiers realized i accidentally grapped a tester she roller her eyes and said in a bitchy tone “can you not grab testers?”, very rude overall service today but the other employees like justin have been great
Love it here! Today I came in for a something to help my current foundation look less orange.. Denise was great and recommended I let Justin find me a true color match. I agreed & yes I had to wait for Justin but it was WORTH IT! He identified my undertones, matched my color, blended, & showed me concealer options. I’m so happy. I’m legit going back in 2 days just to say hey to my new friends
I went into ultra not sure exactly what I was looking for so Ashley helped me find the perfect setting spray and matched me concealer for me. She gave me real advice, not trying to up sale me. You absolutely come back just to see her and her expertise!
