Went here looking for a Trane furnace/ac for my home but quickly realized i would be stretching my budget. They mentioned the Trane Runtru line as an option. I guess its a new line. So far so good. Paul D was very unprofessional and insulting. As a consumer, I am not familiar with all the model numbers and codes much to Paul's frustration and refusal to help. I have never been treated so poorly by a customer service person. I will never recommend this store and would advise you to go elsewhere.
