I had a great experience. Scheduling classes and the road test were easy. Jake, my instructor, was patient and taught me helpful techniques, making parallel parking a piece of cake. Thanks also to Lisa for coordinating the road test and giving me some useful last-minute pointers. Loved it!
My daughter took the one week course this summer and loved her instructor and the class. The experience really helped her understand the importance of the rules of the road and safety.
We live on Martha's Vineyard where road test slots are notoriously hard to come by, and there's only one auto school in town. Not only did we have to book a road test on the mainland, but we also needed a car due to the fact that our own vehicle does not have the emergency break within reach of the examinator (its on the left side of our steering wheel, so not suitable to use for the road test). Each time we found an available road test at numerous RMVs, we had to contact a driving school to see if they had a car available for that time slot but by the time they returned our call, the RMV slot was taken.
