The delivery driver was not only incredibly careful with the placement of the materials but also took the time to stop and check multiple times to ensure everything was positioned perfectly. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. Just had the Raynham location do a delivery of Black Forest Mulch to my home and the entire experience was flawless. They answered my question via FB Messenger instantly. Directed me to the proper place on the website to get a quote and schedule delivery. Raynham called me the next day and even with a busy weekend schedule — worked with me to make sure they got the delivery in on a time that allowed me to get the job done at the house. The staff at Raynham are world class and the product is fantastic. Will definitely be sticking with D&D for all my mulch and stone needs going forward. Placed an online inquiry for a small amount of loom and received a response the very next day. They said it would be more cost effective if we ordered a little more than we asked and it certainly reduced the price. It was raining the day of expected delivery and they called to ask if we wanted to postpone since the loom would be wet and more difficult to move. We didn't mind and they were there within a few minutes.The loom itself seems hearty and there's no rocks or anything mixed in. I also saw a few nightcrawlers in the mix which made me happy.Overall, customer service was great and everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful.
