Braintree Veterinary Care is a welcoming facility that offers caring and thorough veterinary services. The appointment scheduling system is convenient, making it easy to plan visits. The staff is friendly and helpful, taking time to communicate costs clearly and answer questions about a pet's health. The spacious and accessible facility includes features that accommodate individuals who use wheelchairs. The exam rooms are designed to reduce stress for both pets and their owners. The veterinarians and technicians treat pets with care and respect owners' observations and knowledge. They are responsive and attentive, especially when pets are diagnosed with serious conditions like cancer. The staff truly want what’s best for the pets, providing not just good but great care when needed most. Transportation arrangements can be made if necessary. Overall, Braintree Veterinary Care aims to provide a low-stress and supportive experience for all pets and their owners.
I take both my dogs to Braintree vet. One of my dogs is dog reactive and my other is sensitive to the vet and they have always made accommodations to handle them. I initially found they provided good care. I’m writing this review though because things have changed since they diagnosed my dog with cancer and now I feel it’s not just good care it’s really great care. They truly have been here when I needed them. They are super responsive (shout out to reception) and get my dog who’s been diagnosed looked at asap when necessary. It’s easy to take our vets for granted when vet care is a tough business but in my experience Dr Capraro, Dr Kingston and the techs genuinely want what’s best for your pets.
Our 6 year old Rescue Doberman Boss had quite the slice on his paw pad that required a trip to the VCA emergency vet during off hours & then required multiple follow ups with our regular vet due to an abscess. Braintree Veterinary Care was able to see him that week & continue the much needed care over the following handful of days which included 6 vet visits & stitches. The front desk, vet techs & Dr. Kingston were so fabulous with Boss. I am forever thankful for the kindness they showed us & Boss & flexibility in scheduling. Doctors, techs, front desk staff, are all fantastic! My cat Jake got the best treatment! 😻 Will be back again soon with my other kitties.
