This company appears to be a complete scam. The owner is Ariel Bocash-Smith, and from what I can tell, the business isn’t properly registered with the Secretary of State. The address listed on their website is fake, and they rely on subcontractors to actually do the work.
The worst part? A few years ago, she hired HiCleaners and my friend’s company for jobs and then refused to pay them. We even went to the physical address shown on Google — it turned out to be a landscaping company, and the owner there said they’d never heard of ADS. Another address listed on a major business advertising platform leads straight to a BMW dealership.
