Dr. Shope and technician specialist Jenn took amazing care of my dog Ted. Ted has several conditions that increase his anesthetic risk and is also very anxious at the vet. They came up with a plan that took all of his conditions and his temperament into account and they were so patient with him (and me as a nervous owner). It was truly a fear free experience and Ted did great. I can't thank them enough for their wonderful care.
My 4-year-old cat had a full mouth extraction, to address the issue of severe feline stomatitis. She is much happier now than before the surgery. She is more playful and outgoing. She eats the same food as before, but no longer has frequent vomiting. Her quality of life has been greatly improved.
I cannot say enough about how professional and caring veterinary dental services treated my Dallas and myself. Dr Bonnie Shop was so thorough and so caring to the needs of Dallas. She and her staff are phenomenal. I had concerns where Dallas was 9 yrs old and she was about to have a 3-4 hr surgery and under anesthesia for that time. Dr Shop explained the entire surgery and introduced me to all that assisted. Dallas had 9 teeth and a mass on her mouth removed. She did great through the surgery and her eyes are bright once again. Thank you Dr Shop and to all your staff. You are them best!!!!
