I called three plumbers last week. I got a timely call back from only one. From the first phone call, I was impressed with the professionalism. I got email and text msg confirmations for every step. The price was more than I wanted to spend, but who wants to spend ANY money on an annoying plumbing problem. As far as I’m concerned, you get what you pay for when it comes to this type of thing. I’ll recommend them, without hesitation.

Great customer service! Very professional staff. James M. arrived to fix an electrical issue. He was very pleasant and courteous and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I highly recommend James and Papalia Home Services!
