Russell and his Dad Lou before him have always been there for me. They are very prompt, honest, reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. I'm so lucky to have them. Good people too.
Called for a broken pipe at our well supplying all of our water to our house at about 5pm. Russell came over within 30 minutes to check out the damage and make suggestions. He then offered to fix it that night so he would not have to cancel any of his customers the next day. All of his customers won that day! He stayed until after midnight fixing everything and replacing everything that was old. He even came back the next day to do some routine maintenance. Very personable, fair price and great customer service... can't get any better!
