My parents hired Richard to separate the second and third floor electric panel and wow did this guy do a number on their home. Not only did he not execute the job at all, he then charged my parents to fix the mistakes of inept job. When someone on the third floor turns off the light, the second floor light goes out and vice versa. He overcharges and underperforms. I would stay away.Services: Panel replacement or upgrade
