Best time to go is when they first open. The owner needs to work on her customer service. Also they will rush your appointment if you don't speak up. I go cause it's in my area. I wish it was a black owned or other cultures I could go to

Went as a walk in on a weekday morning since I live within walking distance. Asked for a pedicure. I'm not sure their supplies are cleaned thoroughly, and there was no jets when I was soaking my feet. The paint job was subpar and the removal of dead skin was minimal. I feel like I need a real pedi after it. There were flies and staff not wearing masks and coughing without covering, I would not recommend. So mad I wasted my time here.

I only come here for my eyebrows. The customer service is ok. Not red carpet customer service but for the most part the owner and the workers are kind. One time the owner was grumpy and unprofessional when the salon was packed. I was appalled. As a result, I boycotted this place for about a year. I don't tolerate unprofessional service of any kind but I especially don't tolerate it from people who are not from the community but want to make money off black women via beauty services. After a year of boycotting this place, I did decide to revisit this establishment to see if the customer service improved.
