Katia is the best of the best! She is the quintissential, iconic, beautiful Brazilian woman inside and out who knows how to do hair, make-up, nails, eyelashes and eyebrows. She is really good at it all but especially with eyebrows, she is an artist and world-class. No one can outdo her when it comes to eyebrows. But don't tell her what you want, just let her do what looks best on you. Every woman needs a Brazilian in their life like Katia if they want to up their game. Especially American women. Katia does not speak English yet but she speaks Portuguese and Spanish. She also speaks eyebrows. Especialmente as mulheres americanas. Katia ainda não fala inglês, mas fala português e espanhol. Ela também fala sobrancelhas.
This review is for Dr. Cabral's online business, EquiLife. He seems very smart and I'm sure if you see him in person is a good doctor. My issue is more with business practices. At one point he said "We have a full refund guarantee" but when I tried to claim it, it came with a lot of unexpected/unusual hassle/conditions: * You have to pay shipping * They won't even make a shipping label for you, you have to do it yourself * They'll deduct loyalty points upon return, even to the point of having a negative balance which is fair but not on their refund policy page, but buried in their terms. I asked them about this, they said they would fix it, and then didn't. To be fair, they did follow through on the refund. Also, some of their products like their allergy treatment is just a clone of D-Hist (and more expensive too) I also tried his CBO Protocol and it gave me horrible GI issues. I showed it to a functional doctor who said the problem with one-size-fits-all solutions is sometimes they're too strong for people. I looked into the FAQ which acknowledged this, but that was pretty buried and not upfront. The marketing implies it is a one-size-fit-all solution with no caveats. Overall EquiLife makes it look like you can just buy their products and try them out, and buries a lot of caveats. Probably you should be careful with any of his multi-bottle protocols without working with a practitioner. Overall I am grateful that I learned a lot from Dr. Cabral and his self-serve business solved some of my issues. My recommendation is he could probably help you if you work with him or his practitioners, but otherwise don't use EquiLife as self-serve functional medicine except for maybe basic things like the daily shake.
Dr. Cabral is not someone I've seen, but I love his cleanse. I've ordered multiple orders and am starting my new 21 day cleanse tomorrow. I can't wait! His podcasts are everything and he is even responsive in his Facebook group.
