Arnie Massage Therapy

I scheduled with Arnie while visiting my family in Massachusetts after experiencing significant stiffness and limited movement in my right shoulder. I was having difficulty extending my arm and even sleeping comfortably at night. I had already tried massage therapy, stretching, heat therapy, and was at the point of considering an orthopedic specialist.

He has been my massage /MSK therapist for a decade and is incredibly gifted. He can really help with any musculoskeletal issue. A wonderful human as well. I am grateful that his skill has helped keep me healthy in a job that requires a lot of repeated physical action and where many individuals are injured over the course of their career. Arnie is a skilled practitioner. He utilizes Thai massage mixed with decades of knowledge about the body and mind to help with any thing from a sore back to a more serious injury. His massage space is extremely clean and he always kind and thoughtful. I can’t recommend Arnie enough. He is fabulous.
