Adis, Curtis, and Bruce did a fantastic job getting a new system in quickly and cleanly. The team's attention to detail, solid work, and excellent communication skills are praised. Bruce is impressive in his system knowledge and kindness. Brandon is on time, hard-working, and cleans up the worksite. Tom in sales is honest, impressive, and responsive. Julie in the office is a great person who returns calls promptly and is professional. Ryan Peterson was a clear and helpful salesperson. Julie Constantine handled scheduling and paperwork. Adis K. and Juan were superb installers, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and hard-working. They were focused and thoughtful on setting up the best system and found creative ways to install modern systems in old houses. They cleaned up each day.

1000%! From Jason coming out to assess the issue with my steam boiler in my 1920 house and advising me on what was possible, to their AMAZING quote, to terrific communications throughout a 7-month wait while my wife and I saved up, and finally to the fantastic work done by Travis and Ryan (in ONE day!), I wouldn't go anywhere else! 😊😊😊😊

To: Unique Indoor Comfort From Pat and Ken Davis To Whom It May Concern, Our experience with your company has been excellent. It started with Jason who came to do the estimate. He was kind, knowledgeable and professional. We appreciated his patience going over all our options. When installation day arrived, we met Travis and Scott. They also were considerate and professional. Every day they placed a mate inside the front door and drop cloths from the first floor to the third floor. We were consulted along every step of the process. We expected that there would be a lot of cleanup after the fact. Amazingly, our house was cleaner when they left than when they came. Even their drills had cups to catch the dust. They vacuumed and wore covers over their shoes whenever they were in the house. They listened to our suggestions, and if possible, implemented them. We spent more time with Travis as Scott was mostly crawling around above the ceilings. Scott seemly did the impossible while installing our ductwork. I nicknamed Travis the ambassador to Unique Indoor Comfort. He supervised Scott and also did at least half of the work. The electrician was also efficient and neat. I don’t remember his name but he also consulted with us about the job and patiently answered any questions. Lastly, we met Steve who came to explain the systems to us. Like all the other representative of Unique Indoor Comfort, Steve was kind, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Steve is returning today to do the final adjusting to our AC. Thank you all.
