    Matt is an excellent personal trainer. From the onset, we talked about overall health journey and weight loss transformation goals with strength training. Matt knows his stuff. He builds on each session, ensuring progressive overloading and muscle strength, while keeping a calm and supportive demeanor all the time. Six weeks in and already I have overall reduction in inches. I'm grateful to have found Optimal Fitness.
