This place it's called Jophiel PMI Academy, and not a nail salon, and she does eyebrows,great work, however not reliable if after procedure need retouch evaluation.. She disappointed me there..contacted me to say she had a car accident canceled my appointment, never ever again contacted me like she said.

I used to love this place and thought it was the best nail salon in Billerica. Super sweet people. I don't know what changed, maybe staffing issues but I have gone 3 times in the past two months during their open hours, and despite having a sign that says \\\"Walk-ins Welcome\\\", no one was there. Doors locked, lights off, no one answered the phone. I finally got ahold of someone on the phone and made an appt for 3pm for a fill on my acrylics. Got there at 3 and there was 1 nail tech, not even half way done with the person in her chair. I waited 45 minutes because I was there already and didn't want to go somewhere else.
