Came in for a second opinion after having a bad experience at Shawsheen Family Dental in Tewksbury. The staff were extremely kind! Because the former office did not send my x-rays, they had to take some quick ones, for which I was not charged. I consulted with the doctor, who did not take my new insurance but recommended me how to find a practice that will, and gave me referrals for wisdom teeth removal and a root canal, completely free of charge. Wish my insurance was different because I'd come here often!It's also a very nice office, and if you like Grateful Dead, like I do, it's a fun experience with GD themed art and decor, as well as some songs thrown in the playlist...read full review

As a new patient to the office, I’m very happy with my experience at Grateful Dentist! The people working in the office were nice and welcoming, and the office itself was really cozy and bright.Dr. Shelby was fantastic! She took the time to patiently and clearly explain everything to me. She was kind and gentle and actually made me enjoy my experience at the dentist. I’m so glad I found this office and will be recommending it in the future!

I have personally avoided the dentist for years, absolutely causes me anxiety to go. I had horrible tooth pain, from my initial request for an appointment, talking to hazel, easily calmed my nerves and got me in the next day. Dr Adam was phenomenal, extremely gentle and kind. His assistant was so sweet and they both made my anxiety drop and felt much more comfortable about being there. Everyone in the office was amazing. I can’t thank them all enough for being so warm, welcoming and kind given how much the dentist gives me anxiety, I’ll easily go back now
