It's a Hot Summer day! I called because my HVAC unit had water coming from the unit piece inside my house. Brain Flett ( the owner) wasted no time in getting back to me. He was working about an hour away, so he told me to turn off the HVAC and wait for him. After a full assessment, Brian realized that the inside cooling unit was not leveled. He came up with two solutions: 1. he would have to return and untape the unit and balance it out. 2. Figure out how to level it without "high cost" and in less time. Brian and his crew have saved the day for me multiple times. They came in and got my ac going in the middle of the summer, due to another company not showing up. Brian was responsive and honest! We had a weekend emergency when our heat went out and Brian came out quickly and exactly when he said he would. He was knowledgeable and explained every step of the way. He made recommendations as well as taught us about our system. Brian was fair and we will definitely be using him for all of our HVAC needs. 10/10. highly recommend.
