Dude came to my home and fixed my cracked screen in his truck for free through Verizon / Asurion insurance. He was a nice guy and the phone came out perfect. A pretty excellent customer service experience. Thanks.

Rarely do I experience a repair that was exactly as promised. I filled-out the on-line repair request and was surprised my repair was scheduled for that same day. The technician keep me in the loop on arrival time, was on-time, was proficient and knowledgeable. Smart move that I bought the Asurion phone insurance.

I broke my phone during a night out and walked in on thursday morning & they fixed everything super fast and exceptionally well! Jake was extremely helpful and made the experience super smooth. Can’t recommend enough for quick and easy repairs!
