We used Casey for some electrical work on our new barbershop. He is great! Super knowledgeable person that will take the time to guarantee the job is done right and up to the highest standards. It's hard now adays to even get electricians to even give you a call back for work but that's not the case with Casey he's very professional about returning and answering calls and getting the job done on time and efficiently. I can't recommend his company and Casey enough his work is amazing and he's just a genuinely great person to support. L and D replaced our roof and did other small roof repairs. They did a great job, worked hard, were friendly and pleasant, and really nice to have around. We highly recommend them. They were fair and responsive.
I recently needed service on my home oil burner/boiler. Every winter it starts making a thudding noise when it kicks on. I had asked other area vendors/service providers to address the issue. While they could improve it, they never really made it go away completely. This time, I called Bob and he was a very pleasant individual to talk with. It was so refreshing to speak with the actual business owner, not an answering service. Bob got me on his schedule and sent his technician Brian to check out the issue. He checked several things that could cause the problem that did not make any difference. Then he looked at the actual flame burning and noticed something wrong requiring a different nozzle (hollow vs solid). Presto chango. The problem is totally fixed. I will continue to call them for all my boiler servicing needs. Thanks Bob and Brian!
