I wanted to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service and professionalism of Trinity team members, Dawn and Michelle in scheduling, and the gentleman who performed the winterization on my property. Due to unexpected sewer work taking place within the property line by the city, the scheduled winterization of the irrigation system needed to be completed within 2 days. Dawn worked with the team to ensure this was done and the gentleman was on my property before 7:30 a.m. which I’m sure is before the normal work day. He did an outstanding job! We had Ed and his team expand, update and install irrigation to our whole property. The work was done in two days, and they were very professional and responsive to making sure things were done according to Ed’s plan.
