Wow! What a great experience I had! From the moment I entered the facility until I left, I felt so cared for. No questions were dismissed and I was never made to feel silly for asking. As I was leaving I went to thank the receptionist and her response was heartwarming. She said “ I know you don't feel well and were here to help” Thank you Emerson Health Urgent Care.
I had been bitten by a tick and I called my primary doctor's office and they said they couldn't see me and told me to go to Emerson clinic at Highland common. They were friendly and helped remove the tick. I have to go again.
Best urgent care experience I’ve ever had. I made an appointment online and was able to get in quickly. Office staff, the PA/nurse and doctor were compassionate and knowledgeable. I have been met with an attitude at other urgent cares and was pleasantly surprised by everyone’s demeanor at this location.
