We had an excellent experience at the Hudson location. My son was able to be seen fairly quickly (with us having a spot in line ahead of time) and I felt like all of our questions were answered. Everyone from front desk all the way to the DO were very nice, professional, and very informative. Great location for urgent care needs.
Both my son and I were seen for a sore throat. My son ended up having strep, but not me. The triage nurse and doctor were very attentive, thorough and kind. I casually mentioned that I've had some subtle chest pains, and the doctor ordered an EKG immediately. It turned out fine, but I really appreciate that he took the time to listen and take me seriously. I can only imagine how busy and hectic the staff's day-to-day schedule is, yet the bedside manner is stellar. You guys are very appreciated!
I went in yesterday with a scheduled appointment. I was extremely pleased with the entire staff that treated me. They were friendly, thorough, and definitely had me feeling better about my situation when I was leaving. Dr Darvish was terrific. Thanks to the whole staff!
