I can’t say enough what a great experience I had with New Horizon Home Experts in re-siding my home, Sammy the owner, was terrific to work with, right from doing the estimate and providing a comprehensive scope of work to the end of the job walk through, he was great, he was always available and responsive to any concerns or questions we had and he stopped by or worked on the job site every single day, his workers were great, extremely knowledgeable, hard working and very respectful to us and our home. I hired New Horizon Home Experts to replace my flat rubber roofs in Boston. Though the weather delayed our projected start date, I never worried because Sammy was in constant communication with me. The bid was thorough and detailed all materials and methods. The crew members were extremely punctual, professional and respectful. They completed everything in 2 days and upon completion, the crew cleaned up so well, you would never have known they were there. My roofs are beautiful and they were immediately put to the test with a nor’easter - No leaks and my new gutters and downspouts effectively shed water away from the house.
