His second perm which was done at SHEA PLEASURE, it’s been 4 months which is how long it’s SUPPOSED to be between perms and it STILL has curl!! I trust her completely.<br><br>When Eileen was on maternity leave, I saw Steph, and she was also fantastic. Both Eileen and Steph do blonde highlights exceptionally well.
