Great customer service and honest communication!
I was trying to get quotes for a chimney liner and cap and was not feeling good about it until I called Ultimate Chimney Sweep. Julie gave me all the info in a straight forward manner, (and no silly extra fees) and answered all my questions. Then she was able to send someone out that day for a free estimate. The price was right, the tech (Jim) was professional and knowledgeable and respectful. Ended up getting the work done that day when another tech (Mark, also great) brought the materials over. They gave me pictures and showed me the work when it was done.
