I can’t imagine a company or better technician to help me with resurrecting my Epson 9890. Well organized coordinated company! Only a week from their first trip to ascertain what needs to be replaced until he came back with the parts and had me running and printing in two hours! David Delorme is a consummate professional, he explained as he went along during both trips. I learned more in the total of about 3 hours while he was servicing the printer than the entire time I have been printing on this Epson! I reached out to CTS services to get a quote on repairing my LG TV. I sent them an email and got a response from Matt within 15 minutes asking for more information. I got him what he needed and he was able to give me a quick quote to help me decide if we wanted to repair or replace.
All was done through e-mail with quick responses and great customer service.
We chose to replace our TV in the end, as the cost of the repair didn't make sense versus the cost of a new TV (the issue requires a lot of labor) but I had to come on here and write a review because the customer service was fantastic. It's not very common these days... read full review
