We are very happy with CTS Services. Each time I need their help they do a great job diagnosing the issue and quickly providing the remedy. The techs are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly, no matter which one has been assigned to me - Adam, Nick and most recently Jarrod, just to name a few. I highly recommend their services.

I can’t imagine a company or better technician to help me with resurrecting my Epson 9890. Well organized coordinated company! Only a week from their first trip to ascertain what needs to be replaced until he came back with the parts and had me running and printing in two hours! David Delorme is a consummate professional, he explained as he went along during both trips. I learned more in the total of about 3 hours while he was servicing the printer than the entire time I have been printing on this Epson!
