Rates are reasonable; people are polite and professional. I highly recommend CTS Services, Inc in Bellingham, MA. My 13-year-old Epson Artisan 835 ink-jet printer had an “ink pads nearing end-of-life” error message. Since I believe, they don’t make things like they used to; I had a few choices in service company options. And it was a wise decision, when I chose CTS Services, Inc in Bellingham, MA. Well worth the 18-mile drive. One could tell this was a group of professionals; just in speaking to the folks {Matthew, David & Melissa}. David Delorme replaced the Ink Pad Assembly with the Epson brand ink pads, re-set the counter and gave the printer a thorough interior cleaning. Even the paper rollers seemed to work better. My printer is still running; in March, it will be two years later. Very grateful customer.
