Cooks Roofing was quick to give us a quote for a roof. They were honest with the scope of repairs verses replacement. Once the decision was made to replace the roof they were able to get it done quickly. Very professional too.

As far as I can tell -- the new roof's only been in place for a couple weeks, so ask me again in a year -- they did an excellent job: Quick, neat, meticulous craftmanship, excellent cleanup. Their crew worked their tails off and just didn't stop. I'm very pleased with the whole process.
The one real annoyance was that I wanted the new gutters to be larger than standard (I was hoping to better avoid leaf jams at the entrances to the downspouts) and they ignored this and installed the regular size, telling me when I asked that they put on gutter guards instead. This is not what I wanted, but what I got.) On balance I still recommend them.
