“Usually when I get my hair done it doesn't come out as light and it takes 2.5-3 hours. This time it took 1.5 hours total including blow dry! Such a comfy, eclectic shop, something bold and different than the standard bright light modern shops everywhere. Love the owner/stylist, so generous and knowledgeable. “Yes def..I’ve known Michelle for over 30 years..way back when she was in Hyde Park..def goes above and beyond with her cuts ..color..appts around your schedule and her patience with me has been amazing..I’m the one ..cut..but don’t cut..lol..always get loads of compliments on my hair.. Kim..always so nice..upbeat..takes care of anything you might need..if Michelle can’t do it Kim will..had difficult time few years back being out of work and she helped me out for a job interview..can’t recommend them enough!!Leslie the receptionist..always so friendly and ready to greet with coffee!“

“Trusted previous reviews for far too long before trying Neelu's. This is not a "frilly" place - she is very "to the point" but has never been rude or rushed me through a threading appointment. I get the desired outcome every time and I feel that her prices are fair. My one complaint is that I went there during "open" hours one day to find the place empty. Lights were on and there was nothing on social media suggesting that she had a last minute closure. Thankfully I live pretty close but that was a bit disappointing.“
