The facilities are always very clean and neat. The staff very friendly and can adjust the pressure to your liking I prefer a deeper tissue massage and that can only really be done with them walking on your back for pressure.“
“Evan’s massage space is welcoming and cozy. Her massage table can be heated for cold days and I so appreciated it yesterday, as I had pulled a muscle in my back and the heat felt wonderful! Evan listened carefully as I explained my concerns and expressed what I hoped to achieve from my session with her. She customized my massage to best meet my needs. While my pulled back muscle isn’t completely healed, I left feeling very relaxed and 24 hours later, my back is MUCH better. I highly recommend the additional scalp massage. “After passing Mandarin Spa countless times, the sign on the street for chair massage finally lured me in; while my entire body could definitely use some help, my shoulders and upper back were awful from sitting at my desk (awful posture, I cannot blame it on the desk and/or chair!).I called for an appt just before they closed on Thursday night, and made an appt for the following morning. If you want/need the "fancy spa experience" this is not for you, but if you want a great massage for a great price THIS is your place! “Excellent deep tissue massage at a good price! The massage therapist working on me was more skilled than the therapists at big expensive American chains that offer sports massage. My muscles are always full of knots and she was able to sustain deep presssure for the whole 90 minutes. She also checked with me before adjusting my towel, etc. and asked if the pressure was ok, which is nice. I go more to have my stressed out body realigned than for relaxation, but it did also have the effect of allowing me to sleep 9 hours that night.“
