Love Organix! My stylist in Concord retired about a year ago so I made an appointment here on a whim as my office is in Bedford. So glad that I did. Everyone is super friendly. Kay is my go-to stylist. I recently had to go somewhere else for a cut (Organix was booked) and it was a disaster. Kay fixed me right up the first chance she was available. Highly recommend.
I got a facial and hair cut. I never had a facial before the women was nice and told me what she was doing what she was using. It's good to do something for yourself. My hair cut came out good. I am thinking about coloring, if I do I will definitely come here.
Nice costumer service but I was brought into my appointment 10+ minutes late and went for a little touch up on my brows. I came out with totally uneven brows one with an arch and one totally round (looks like a rainbow). I've been hysterically crying for the past 20 minutes.
