Both Bri and Olivia have been praised for their personable attitudes and excellent service. A client of Olivia's had a very positive experience getting their hair cut and colored. Despite having damaged and bleached hair, Olivia was able to provide advice on long-term hair health and work with the client to achieve a specific color that would not further damage their hair. The client appreciated Olivia's dedication to giving them exactly what they asked for, even if it took several hours. Olivia is also noted for her ability to work with clients who do not dye their hair in the salon frequently, and for making them feel comfortable and not pressured. She was able to give the client an ombre look with toned blonde into ashy brown, working with their 3c curly hair whether it was blowdried straight or left to dry curly.
