Bedford Barber Shop offers an excellent experience with a traditional old-school barbershop atmosphere. Customers enjoy high-quality haircuts and friendly conversations without any up-selling. The barbers treat everyone like gentlemen and create a welcoming environment filled with classic rock and oldies music. It's a convenient location with no wait-list or reservations, and cash only payments.
Fantastic guys (I had Greg but I also can speak highly of Mike) who really care about you and what they do. It shows. Good conversation. True New Englanders in the best way possible. I am definitely coming back!! Make sure you have cash though as it's cash only.
I had previously gone one time to the barber shop next to the canteen area of the medical facility nearby but wasn’t nearly satisfied with what I paid for (a very simple buzz cut). I happened to be due again for another cut and stumbled upon this shop one day while I was in the area grabbing lunch in-between appointments at the VA.
Immediately, upon walking in, I knew the vibe was right. It reminded me of the community barbershop of my youth — when you come here, you have that feeling that they know you and they’re genuinely grateful you’re there. (If the theme to “Cheers” is playing in your mind right now, you’re not wrong!)

If you're a guy, this is the place you want to go to get a haircut. The gentlemen who run this place are super personable, the price is right, and they give you a great haircut. The whole experience is great. Highly recommend
