in-store shopping accepts credit cards
The store felt like a drum/guitar shop with great selection and great quality instruments. Very pleasant and helpful they were, even sourcing a piece of the instrument for a son and text when it arrived. Great teachers will give you everything need to build yourself as an artist. 10/10 customer service makes the shop feel like it should. They would definitely be back from out of town, thanks much guys.
Jacks is a drummers drum shop on Main Street in Hyannis, MA. It's smaller than their old location on Boylson Street in Boston which is always pass by going to the 1140 building for a class or lesson at Berklee. They have everything a drummer needs between a full kit, sticks, heads, cymbals, and the merchandise is top quality! Vater, Remo, Zildjian, to name a few. So if you're a drummer looking for your basics even, stop by Jacks!
Staff is extremely nice and very fair with cancellation policy with their private lessons my son takes drum lessons and the instructor ?Tim? or ?Tom? (My awful memory and remembering names!) Is wonderful and patient and a pleasure to work with...The entire staff is a pleasure to work with and talk to. Great place!
I had an acoustic guitar repaired here a few years ago ... great service. Just recently brought an acoustic and an electric for some work. Their customer service is great, and they have a nice inventory of musical instruments.
