Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, prompt, fair... can't say enough good things about these guys! Clearly more concerned about gaining a long-term customer than a quick buck. I highly recommend.
We had a full water treatment setup installed: a twin-tank water softener, a carbon cartridge filter, and reverse osmosis system. We shopped around before deciding, and Friot's had the best price. More importantly, we felt the most comfortable with Dan and with what he was recommending for our home.
Dan, the owner, was easygoing, thorough, prompt, and kind. He came with one of his employees (wish I remembered his name), who was just as friendly and helpful. Between the two of them, the install went smoothly, and they cleaned up the work areas when they finished.
My husband, Zack, handled most of the conversations leading up to the job and was thoroughly impressed.
