Excellent company and all around service, from well to softener. Kirin and Matt (I think I recall the names correctly) were super efficient and helpful field techs and Dan the owner is very attentive.
I wouldn't use anyone but Friot's for water treatment. I have lived in Carlisle (a notorious place for mineralized water) for 20 years and have always had to "manage" my well water. Friot's has been responsive, helpful, and honest every time I have needed them. Most recently, I knew I had a problem and sent an email request (because it was a Sunday.) I was hoping for a return call on Monday. Dan actually called me immediately and got me back up and running healthy water within hours - via phone coaching. The level of service is above and beyond. I am grateful and would recommend Friot's to everyone who needs water mitigation.
We have been Friot customers since we moved into our current house in 2002. The company has provided excellent service for our 35-year-old well and water treatment system, but our mineral-filled water was sporadically causing the system to clog, and we finally decided that it was reaching the end of its useful life.
Dan came out personally to survey our system, assessed what types of improvements were possible and then gave us several options at different price points. Given our system's age, we opted to go for a two-reservoir system with two filtering stages as well as a reverse-osmosis (RO) system for drinking water.
