The installation team led by Nick and the electricians were friendly and professional, and made sure everything was set up in a way that worked best for us. Our experience with Forge has been excellent from the start. We found the company to be extremely professional in their planning, attentive to craftsmanship, and personable in their relationship with us.

We had a great experience with Forge from start to finish. Their team is very knowledgeable and professional. There was clear and timely communication throughout the process. They took the time to answer our questions and were helpful navigating the Mass Save rebate and heat loan process. They were the only company that we spoke to that offered to take the lead on the rebate, submitting the paperwork themselves and taking it off our total cost from the beginning. Our heat pumps work and look great. We highly recommend working with Forge.
