He was hired for snow removal service for a multi family and he has done a terrible job that my tenants could not get out of the driveway and he didnt shovel walkways that their mail didnt get delivered.

Unacceptable customer service.. driver was rude, disrespectful, swearing and fbombs at customer request to plow snow to the other edge of property.
