I’v been going to Jean for over eight years for deep tissue massage. I run almost every day and occasionally encounter muscle soreness and minor injuries. Jean takes care of these with her excellent massage techniques and keeps me running and competing in races. I highly recommend Jean for relaxing massage therapy.
I always look forward to my massage appoints with Jean. I schedule 90 minute deep tissue massages. Jean knows when to work on the knots and when to do some calming massage work. So, even with deep tissue work I still feel relaxed and sometimes even fall asleep.When I walk into the appointment, she asks if I have concerns. She never judges, she’s very kind and I feel so comfortable in her space, with the music, and all the other little extras (no spoilers!).I trust her, that’s most important.
I have had had a number of appointments with Jean and I have found her to be attentive and exacting with her ability to focus on any details and concerns I have discussed with her. She always tailors her approach to the massage based on those details and makes certain that I am not experiencing any undo discomfort. I have always left my appointment feeling much better than when I arrived. Jean has excellent skills and I am completely pleased with her assistance at alleviating the problems I experience.
