Marlene is one of my favorite people I have met in a long time. This woman spends her undivided attention to me, and the detail she puts into my hair. She will customize your look to what’s best for your hair. I’ve had an instance where we used some extensions that SHE wasn’t pleased with. She used them in her daughter, they were a new brand and style she was trying and was unsatisfied with the results she got doing her daughter’s hair. This woman came all the way to where I work, to tell me she was not pleased, and that next time, I wa Lu’s only going to have to pay her for the service and not the extensions themselves! Marlene, is such a sweet human being. I love her willingness to give you an appointment within your schedule. I love supporting her business because she has great bargains for clothes, shoes, purses and hair extensions. The outfit I have on in these pictures were bought at Nulook and the hair for my braids was also bought at Nulook. The picture in the glasses is after she blow dried and flat ironed my natural hair. I’m always surprised by the great selection of clothes, jewelry and other accessories Marlene has in the store, very unique and one of a kind outfits. I hope more people would consider supporting her business.
This is the best place to go for all your outfits/hair needs- one stop shop! Although it's a little hidden gem, (It was for me as well), I'm happy I decided to drop in, thanks to the reviews and the best hairstyle I had pre-Covid!
