“This is the only place in the area I'll go to now (after trying so many) for threading. However, there is a new lady who completely disregarded that I asked for eyebrows & lip and continued to thread my whole face, I kept telling her no. Even with my eyebrows, she went way too high up my forehead. I am broken out all over my face & chin line & am now worried about how the hair will grow back. She needs more training asap. I will continue to go here, but won't see her again.“

I’ve been going to Ideal image for a few years now and I absolutely love it. It’s extremely clean and all the girls are very professional. I really love Chelsea. She’s my favorite, but I think everyone there is great. I just get comfortable with someone and don’t want to change and they are really good about accommodating me with her schedule. I like that they take their time to do an evaluation and talk to you about what they think that you should do and they’re not just about selling you a product or a service that you may not need just to make money.
